The Fields:
The fields on which The WC 2007 will be played, are situated at the sport park "The Cottonfields" at the Kotkampweg 119 in Enschede.

1: Field 1: The main-softball field: The diamond is provided with artificial-lights, so that playing night games is possible.

2: Field 2: The second softball-diamond.

3: warming-up fields

4: Double batting-cage: Provided with pitching machines.

Locker rooms /ISF-areas/Doping
We have 10 locker rooms at our disposal. There are four team-locker rooms on the Tex Town Tigers' Cottonfields. We also have one locker room for the male umps, and two locker rooms for the female umps. One locker room will be reserved for medical purposes. The other four team locker rooms are on the other side of the Kotkampweg. In these you will find the official areas for the ISF-officials. In the clubhouse next to the warming-up fields there are areas for the doctors, who will possibly have to perform doping controls.

Clubhouse, catering en facilities:
Tex Town Tigers owns a large clubhouse. On the fields next to the clubhouse tents will be placed. This in the form of a small village, so that all the facilities that belong to a WC will be present.

Car: Coming from the south (N18): In Enschede use the "Ring" around the centre, and follow the signs "Oldenzaal". At the last traffic lights just within the town limits (=intersection Oldenzaalsestraat/ Potsweg/ Kotkampweg) turn left (Potsweg) ollow signs ?parkeren wk softball).

Car: Coming from the west (A1/A35): On the A1 follow Osnabrück/Duitsland (Germany). Don't follow the A35 direction: Enschede/Münster. Take exit nr 33, Oldenzaal zuid. At the bottom of the exit, turn right (N733) to Lonneker/Enschede. From here follow the signs ?WK softbal'

Coming from Germany: Take the A1 to Oldenzaal. Take exit Oldenzaal-Zuid/ Enschede. At the trafficlights at the end of the exit, turn right towards Enschede and follow signs ?WK-softbal'.

Public transporation:Bus from the train station in Enschede line 60, 62 or 67 to Losser/Oldenzaal. Leave at stop: Kotkampweg.

Parking

During the tournament there will be no parking possibilities at the site of TTT. There is a special WK-parking. Follow the signs ?parkeren WK' (see above). From the parking it's a 10 minute walk to the fields.
